摘要：为了有效提升移动支付产业链的运营效率，充分利用移动支付产业链各参与方的优势资源，本文在研究移动支付产业链构成的基础上，提出了一种由通信运营商主导的融入第三方支付机制的移动支付模式，该模式以移动支付运转层为中心构建电子商务移动支付模式通信运营商主导的移动支付模式研究，首发论文，包括移动支付的规则制定层、运转层和支撑层；分析了以移动支付平台为运转核心的支付运转层和支撑层的具体运营过程；详细设计了该模式下移动支付专用账户的充值-支付等关键业务流程。该模式能够有效整合我国通信运营商、金融机构和第三方支付机构的优势资源，提高移动支付的运转效率。
